WHERE IS LOCAL PICKUP?

Local pickup is located in New Sarum, Ontario Canada. You will get an email of where exactly to pick up after you order (if you are local to us).

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We work with Square and accept all major credit cards; Mastercard, Visa and American Express on all online purchases.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We package your order as soon as you put it through so you can expect fast delivery! We use Canada Post for shipping and depending on your location, you should get your package in 3-7 business days. Please follow your tracking number and know that we, as well as the shipping agents are doing everything we can to move things along as fast as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

KMV The Label would be happy to exchange an item, but unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns. If it's a sizing/colour issue where you have ordered the wrong size or there is a defect on our end then we are more than happy to send you the perfect fit! However, in order for our team to accept your exchange your loungewear must be unwashed and unworn. If we receive items that are dirty or deemed unsellable (not in new condition), we have the ability to not accept your item(s) for exchange and the customer can choose to have the item(s) shipped back at their own expense.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY KMV LOUNGEWEAR?

It is recommended that you wash your loungewear inside out and in cold water and please avoid putting your luxe pieces in the dryer. Added benefits to air drying; more environmentally friendly, saves money, reduces wrinkles/creases and increases the lifespan of your clothes.

WHY EMBROIDERY?

Screen print can crack and fade overtime which is why we have chosen embroidery; it is the most durable, luxurious option and it also features our patented premium perfected stitching designs.

WHAT IS THE MATERIAL OF KMV LOUNGEWEAR?

All of our loungewear is made with high-end cotton so you can have your pieces for decades and decades as we are all about quality here at KMV The Label. Almost all our pieces are made with 85% cotton and 15% polyester.
