DO YOU DO RETURNS?
KMV The Label would be happy to exchange an item, but unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns. If it's a sizing/colour issue where you have ordered the wrong size or there is a defect on our end then we are more than happy to send you the perfect fit! However, in order for our team to accept your exchange your loungewear must be unwashed and unworn. If we receive items that are dirty or deemed unsellable (not in new condition), we have the ability to not accept your item(s) for exchange and the customer can choose to have the item(s) shipped back at their own expense.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
To complete an exchange please email us at: babesatkmv@outlook.com to let us know why you are wanting to make an exchange. We take quality very seriously so if it is a manufacture issue on our end then we are more than happy to exchange your item for you at our expense **within 14 days of you receiving your item(s). If you are wanting to exchange for another reason like a sizing issue then you will need to pay to ship the item back to us as well as shipping for your new item to you. Our customer service team is on the clock always and we will get back to you asap with any issues you may have! We look forward to chatting to you and helping you always!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
All exchange item(s) must be mailed within 14 days of receiving your order and will be inspected before processing your exchange.
DO YOU COVER COSTS FOR EXCHANGES?
All shipping expenses both ways for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. However, if there is a defect on our end we will be happy to cover the shipping costs.
