WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We package your order as soon as you put it through so you can expect fast delivery! We use Canada Post for shipping and depending on your location, you should get your package in 3-7 business days. Please follow your tracking number and know that we, as well as the shipping agents are doing everything we can to move things along as fast as possible.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

KMV The Label ships exclusively from Canada and you may be responsible for paying custom fees and/or duty outside of Canada. Please note duties will be payable in your country by the customer and will be required prior to the release of your shipment for delivery.

WHAT IF I REFUSE TO PAY THE DUTIES AND TAXES?

If there happens to be duty on your order please do not refuse to pay it as you will not receive your loungewear. Unfortunately, if you refuse then this will incur a cost of the original delivery fee plus the fee it costs to have it returned back to KMV The Label.
